The Speedline Technologies Advanced Development Process Group has been designed to support our customer's process development requirements. Our laboratory is staffed with experienced process engineers and equipment, both analytical and process, necessary to investigate, develop, and optimize the emerging technologies that our customers will be implementing in their operations over the next several years.
One of the main focus of our Advanced Development Group has been to understand the basic physics associated with solder paste flows into and out of stencil apertures. Our engineers have developed a unique real-time visualization platform capable of capturing the release of solder pastes from stencil at the time of the stencil/PCB separation. Flow visualizations of solder pastes into stencil apertures have also been studied.
