Dispense Unit (DU) Technology

CAMALOT'S Dispense Unit (DU) technology incorporates all of the components required for accurate dispensing into a single, compact, plug-and-play unit. Unlike traditional dispensing pumps which contain their own servo or stepper motor for auger rotation, the DU's motor is mounted inside the XyflexPro?'s Z-head. This design significantly reduces moving mass and z-axis momentum allowing for greater positional accuracy at increased speeds. The DU's design also facilitates quick changeovers. All mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic connections are made in one step, completely eliminating the mess of wires and tubes typically associated with a pump changeover. Some features have been retained from Camalot's industry leading 635 and 680 auger pumps including the quick clean cartridge design and our patented no-drip positive shutoff auger design. Camalot continues to lead the market in auger pump technology.
