Multi Piston Pump™

The CAMALOT Multi-Piston Pump™ is ideally suited for encapsulation and flip-chip underfill applications. It combines positive displacement technology with a unique three-piston, continuous flow, design for maximum throughput and variability of less than ? 1% without the need for weight scale corrections. The pump's carbide components allow for the use of abrasive encapsulants and underfill materials.

The Multi-Piston Pump is also designed to minimize machine downtime for pump cleaning and product changeovers. No tools are required to disassemble the pump, enabling the cleaning process to be accomplished in under 15 minutes. For quick pump changes, tool free attachment and quick-disconnect pneumatic fittings enables easy connection to the XyflePro+ and FX-D platforms.
