XyflexPro^® DLM

The CAMALOT XyflexPro DLM (Dual-Lane Multitasking) dispensing system is ideally suited for multi-pass underfill applications. When running these processes, traditional single lane dispensers can waste a significant amount of time waiting for capillary flow of material under the die before processing a second or third underfill pass. To overcome this throughput constraint, The XyflexPro DLM minimizes dispense head idle time by processing product in the opposite lane and, unlike competitive systems, both wait-time and break-time functionality are maintained, keeping product quality at a maximum. The XyflexPro DLM system features two, independently controlled conveyors to eliminate transport and pre-heat bottlenecks from the production line. This functionality can increase throughput by as much as 80% over single lane systems. Dual dispense head capability, combined with the ability to manage three zones of heat per lane, provide the flexibility to handle encapsulation, dam and fill, epoxies, or other hybrid applications.
