ELECTROVERT® OmniExcel® Reflow Soldering System
The ELECTROVERT OmniExcel series of lead-free capable reflow ovens are specifically designed to optimize operating efficiencies, reduce maintenance intervals, and lower life-cycle costs. These efficiencies have been gained through design enhancements, such as standard closed-loop blower control and an advanced chamber design for more balanced airflow with minimal turbulence, which improve heat transfer and substantially reduce power and nitrogen consumption. The OmniExcel system consumes up to 50% less power and up to 30-35% less nitrogen than comparable platforms available today. In addition, the patent-pending, Intelligent Flux Control™ (IFC) with
RunMax Technology provides an innovative approach to flux vapor management
that reduces downtime by enabling maintenance during production. The OmniExcel reflow/curing oven is ideally suited for high-throughput environments while providing the flexibility required for varying production demands. It comes in 10-zone and 7-zone versions. With up to a 24" process width, the platform is capable of handling large boards and pallets. The OmniExcel series delivers outstanding performance with minimal operator involvement and low cost of ownership.
