OmniFlex™ Reflow Oven Series
The ELECTROVERT OmniFlex reflow oven series is designed with lead-free alloys in mind. The OmniFlex is specifically designed to optimize operating efficiencies, reduce maintenance intervals, and lower life-cycle costs.
These efficiencies have been gained through design enhancements, such as standard closed-loop blower control and an advanced chamber design for more balanced airflow with minimal turbulence, which improve heat transfer and substantially reduce power and nitrogen consumption. The OmniFlex system consumes up to 50% less power and up to 30-35% less nitrogen than comparable platforms available today. In addition, a proprietary self-cleaning Flux Extraction System (FES) reduces maintenance intervals, representing a significant gain in uptime. The FES system consists of multiple, collection units strategically located within the heating sections to continuously scrub process gas for unwanted particulates. The OmniFlex reflow/curing oven is ideally suited for high-throughput environments while providing the flexibility required for varying production demands. The OmniFlex delivers outstanding performance with minimal operator involvement and low cost of ownership.
