Soldapak PC Board Repair/Rework Station
The Electrovert Soldapak Repair/Rework Station is a versatile, cost-effective work tool for reworking PCBs. The system is flexible, accommodating components up to 100mm 50mm (4 in. x 2 in.). Based on the field-proven Electrovert wave-dipper principle and design, the Soldapak unit generates a small, but precisely controlled, wave of molten solder. The nozzle localizes the solder to the specific area of the board. The system is versatile and easy to use, allowing the boards to be moved quickly into position over the solder wave. Solder temperature is accurately controlled up to 427?C (800°F) with 315°C (600°F) recommended for lead-free soldering. Solder and air nozzles are quickly and easily interchangeable.
