PROCESS/APPLICATIONS > WAVE SOLDERING

Wave soldering is a complex process with many variables. The board is conveyed through the process of applying flux, preheating and soldering. During this process you combine chemistry, thermal, physics, board materials, board design and layout. Choosing the right process parameters for each application is important in allowing these variables to interact with one another.

For more than half a century, Electrovert has delivered industry leading equipment and process solutions to meet customer manufacturing challenges in low-, medium-, high-volume and lead-free wave soldering applications.

In its drive for flexibility, quality, reliability, and environmental consciousness, Electrovert leads the industry in innovations such as UltraFill nozzle technology, advanced fluxing systems and High Velocity Convection preheating. Other features that promote process improvements include DwellMax nozzle technology for thermally challenging applications and a quick change solder pot for lead-free changeover.

For accuracy, repeatability, and process control in wave soldering leadership, count on Electrovert.
