REMOTE ACCESS CUSTOMER LOGIN PROCEDURE
1. Call Speedline Technical Support at 1-800-737-8110 and select the
correct prompt for your equipment type.
2. Once the call into the Technical Support has been established, you will
be given directions on how to connect to the Speedline remote server. The
machine being connected must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
3. From the Internet Explorer address bar type in www.gotoassist.com/ph/speedline.
4. You will be asked to type in your name and the name of your company.
You will be directed to select the correct support contact from the drop
down box by your Speedline representative. You may now press the "Click
Here" button to establish your connection.
5. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Select
yes to begin the download - it will take a short time to complete.
6. You will now be in direct contact with your Speedline Representative
and may conduct your service action. With your permission, your Speedline
support representative can view your screen and share control of your
mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your machine at all times.
You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can
end the screen-sharing session at any time.
